Product was just what I wanted and I am sure my 7 year old granddaughter will like it. Just a small point, when I was small and had a similar case, it had a couple of elasticated side pockets inside for small items. Would this be a good addition in any future "re-designs"?

Amazing service, when this case arrived it was slightly marked so contacted by email and a replacement was sent out straight away and received the following day! A lovey case, and the embroidery looks even better than in the photo.

Very pleased with this bag, bought for my 6 year old daughter for Christmas as she 'needs' a pink bag for her tap shoes!! Didn't realise the picture was embroidered so even better than I had imagined. Speedy delivery too, thank you.

Bought for my friends daughter for her 3rd birthday! When it arrived I thought it was great quality for the price and a very good size! Plenty big for a couple of pairs of shoes! Feedback from Her mum; she absolutely loves it and It was her favourite present!

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or Parcel Force 24 hour depending on the weight within Great Britain only.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and may need a signature when the delivery is made.
If any of your order is out of stock we will notify you and advise of the due delivery date.

RETURNS
You may return goods sold by Pure & Precious within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Unfortunately, we no longer arrange exchanges.
However, all you need to do is return the unsuitable item to us for a full
refund, and then place a new order for the replacement item you require.
Please be aware that we do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts or packaging.

Any footwear or accessories that have been worn.

Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery
All returned items must be in their original condition and including all packaging or a refund will not be issued.
Refunds will be issued once an order has arrived back at our returns office. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
