Christmas Birthday Online Gift Vouchers
Perfect birthday or Christmas gift.

The gift voucher is to be used on our Katz Dancewear website only.
Once ordered, we will send you an email with your gift voucher that can be printed off.
We can personalise the gift voucher and add a message to the recipient.
On the gift voucher there will be a unique code that can only be used once, with instructions how to use. Once the recipient has completed their order and go to the checkout, they will need to type in the unique code into the discount code box. The vouchers will then be applied to their order.

Please note the value of the voucher will need to be used in one order only. It cannot be used across multiple orders.
Your postage cost will be refunded to you if you do not wish for us to post it out to you. If you would like us to email it to you, please provide an email address within the notes box.

Postage within in the UK
Up to £10.00 = 1st class £2.95
£10.01-£55.00 = 1st class £3.95
Over £55.00 = Parcel Force Next Day £6.50

We aim to send out all orders within 24-48 hours of being placed excluding Weekends and bank Holidays. Subject to stock availability.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or Parcel Force 24 hour depending on the weight within Great Britain only.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and may need a signature when the delivery is made.
If any of your order is out of stock we will notify you and advise of the due delivery date.
All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee Specific deadlines.

RETURNS
You may return goods sold by Pure & Precious within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Unfortunately, we no longer arrange exchanges.
However, all you need to do is return the unsuitable item to us for a full
refund, and then place a new order for the replacement item you require.
Please be aware that we do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts or packaging.

Any footwear or accessories that have been worn.

Any Item that has been dyed.

Item has scuff marks

Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery
All returned items must be in their original condition and including all packaging or a refund will not be issued.
Refunds will be issued once an order has arrived back at our returns office. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
