Ordered yesterday and my shoes arrived today! I'm so pleased with them. I followed advice here on the website to get a half size bigger than my usual size. When I tried them on it was like wearing a favourite pair of shoes straight away: so comfortable!

Speedy delivery and a good price. Well made character shoes for my daughter to take away to university with her! She’s had a little dance in the living room and says they are comfy - now ordering a black pair too!

Bought half a size up from normal as recommended, but could probably have done with going up a full size. Otherwise excellent.

Lovely shoes, very comfortable, great sizing (I wear 3-4 and ordered a size 4.5) they fit perfectly and are very very comfortable. Amazing quality and a great feel of these shoes. Would buy these again and to recommend them to others, just make sure to read the measurements and probably order up at least a half size :)

These do come up small so we recommend buying half a size up from your normal street shoe. So if normally a size 7 then purchase the 7.5. This will also give your toes a little more room when dancing.

RETURNS
You may return goods sold by Pure & Precious within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Unfortunately, we no longer arrange exchanges.
However, all you need to do is return the unsuitable item to us for a full
refund, and then place a new order for the replacement item you require.
Please be aware that we do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts or packaging.

Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery
All returned items must be in their original condition and including all packaging or a refund will not be issued.
Refunds will be issued once an order has arrived back at our returns office. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
