Delivery
We pride ourselves on our speedy
delivery, aiming to dispatch all orders on the same day up until 2.00pm
(excluding weekends and bank holidays) and of course, subject to stock
availability. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, but you can choose Royal
Mail Tracked or Special next day delivery. If any items from your order are out
of stock we will notify you immediately and advice of the due delivery date.
All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific
deadlines. For urgent orders please phone us on 01832 736782 Monday -Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Fridays 8.30am-3pm
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday
will not be dispatched until Monday as our premises close earlier on Fridays.
Special Delivery orders must be placed by 3pm to be dispatched the same day. If
Special Delivery is chosen after 3pm on a Thursday you will not receive it until
the Monday as Special Delivery parcels are not delivered on Saturdays. In this
case, it will be more cost-efficient to select 1st Class or 1st class Tracked
instead.
We also offer Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked
delivery service for £3.95 per order. This service provides you with full
tracking details. You will automatically receive tracking/delivery email
updates.
We are pleased to now offer "Click and
collect" Where you can collect your order from us here at 20 midland road,
Thrapston, Northamptonshire at a convenient time to suit you within our opening
hours Monday- Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Fridays 8.30-3pm. You will be sent an
email once your order is ready for collection.
Standard Delivery within Europe takes
an average of 7-10 working days although this is only an estimate and depends
upon how remote an area you live in, and any stoppages beyond our control in
Customs. The rest of the world is approximately 10-15 working days, depending
on the same criteria. There is also the option to have your parcel fully
tracked where you will receive email delivery updates and have a tracking
number to track your parcel. The cost of this depends on the value of your
order and is stated below under "Airmail Fully Tracked Service".
